Speaker
Studies indicate that one in four individuals is affected by an anxiety disorder. Additionally, the prevalence of food intolerances is rising globally. According to recent surveys, up to 25% of the world's population experiences some form of food intolerance. But what exactly are panic attacks? Are you familiar with symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, unexplained allergies, or abdominal discomfort? These could be indicative of underlying issues that require attention.
In Panic Attacks: My Journey, I use my case to make the topic tangible. I share insights from over 15 years of living with panic attacks and the discoveries I made about their triggers. Participants learn that panic attacks aren’t exclusively psychological—they can result from a domino effect of hidden food intolerances.
